Soi LK Metro is an L shaped street comprising of mainly gogo bars, bars, guesthouses and restaurants. It runs between Soi Buakhao and Soi Diana. We are unsure when exactly it was first built but do let us know using the comments form below if you can shed some light on that. The first bars opened in around in around 2007. The only bar remaining from the very early days being the Rockhouse.
In around 2012 there was an explosion of new gogo bars as some of Pattaya’s biggest operators sought a foothold in what was rapidly becoming the boom nightlife area of the city. Many of the original businesses and shops were bought out, knocked through and turned into some of the biggest, and best, gogo bars in Pattaya. There are currently around sixteen agogo bars, with more seemingly always being planned. It is now the 2nd or 3rd most popular entertainment zone in the city behind Walking Street and competing with Soi 6 for that 2nd place slot.
Popular LK Metro bars
Rockhouse bar and guesthouse – one of the first bars to open in LK Metro and still going strong. The Guesthouse offers some of the best value rooms in Pattaya in terms of room size to price.
Popular Gogo bars
Lady Love Agogo – located on the Soi Diana leg and currently (August 2017) the busiest of the gogo bars on the Soi.
Pandoras – one of the smallest gogo bars on the Soi but certainly one of the most fun. One of the few remaining traditional style agogos in the city.
Paradise Agogo – same owners as Sugar Sugar! Both well worth a visit. Probably the busiest of the gogo bars on the Soi Buakhao leg.
Touch Agogo – used to have one of the best dancer lineups but has gone rather downhill since around March 2017. Hopefully it may pick up again. Located close to Paradise on the Soi Buakhao leg.
