Peoples Cocktail Lounge and Bar is located on Soi Buakhao about 400 metres from the Pattaya Tai end on the left hand side as you head towards Pattaya Tai.

Its hard to miss as it is a rather bright yellow colour with a huge sign as per the the picture on the right.

My first reaction was one of mild surprise that anyone would contemplate opening a Cocktail Lounge on Buakhao which has a reputation for being at the lower end of the scale when it comes to prices.

That said I am reviewing the "bar" on a stand alone basis and it really is a VERY nice bar. Recently redecorated from scratch (from empty shell) the bar is well layed out and very comfortable too with deep leather chaors and sofas.

There is an extensive Cocktail list ranging in prices from 120 baht to 160 baht. All are available alcohol free at a lower price.

Beer is available and is very cheap with all botted beers 45 baht with the exception of Heineken at 55 baht.

This makes it an ideal place to take your tirak without breaking the bank on your own drinks if you are not into cocktails yourself.

There is a small food menu mainly breakfasts, snacks and sandwiches.
