From Beach Road walk up Soi Pattayaland 2 (13/4). Cheers Bar is about halfway up the soi on the right hand side. Likewise if you are heading from 2nd Road it will be on your left.

If by some chance you miss it, it is directly opposite the small soi that links to Soi Pattayaland 1 (13/3).
